   ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW  

HOW OUR FULL FREE 5 DAY SADDLE TRIALS WORK?

Our trials are very simple and come with FREE delivery in S.Ireland.

  • Choose your saddle/s with or without our help.

 

  • Secure the saddle/s with a full value deposit.

 

  • We send the saddle to you for FREE.

​​

  • Your trial starts the day after arrival for 5 'FULL' days...........thats 5 full 24 hr days or 6 days if you include the day of arrival.

  • TRIAL SUCCESS - Awesome! Do nothing or tell us how thrilled you are.

​​

  • TRIAL FAIL -  NOTIFY US WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD Let us know by email, phone or otherwise.

​

  • We will send you a Pre-Paid Label for the return of the saddle via AnPost.

​

  • Once the saddle/s are back we void the deposit less €20 to help towards the return courier fee.

HOW TO SCURE SADDLS FO TRIAL

HOW TO SECURE A SADDLE FOR TRIAL?

1. Choose your saddles and add them to the cart by pressing GO >

 

2. Go to the Checkout.

 

​2. Choose how you wish to pay your full value deposit -​

  • You can pay by card.

  • You can use Paypal.

  • Or if you do not want to commit online but wish to reserve a saddle, simply choose 'PAY OFFLINE' during the checkout process and we will call you.

3. Enter your delivery/contact details.

​

4. You will receive an email confirmation.

Trial Returns

TRIAL RETURNS

Should your saddle choice not work out for you OR you wish to return subsequent saddles, you must notify us within the trial window.....There are no exceptions to this rule!

You can notify us​

  1. By Email at contact@saddlesireland.com stating your name and the saddles trialled.

  2. Via Live Chat.

  3. Or by sending us a Contact Form

We will then send you a pre-paid label for drop off at any Irish AnPost Office.
 

When returning your trialled saddles, please follow the return information contained within your trial pack.
 

Once we have received the saddle/s back we will refund your saddle deposit immediately less €20 to help towards the return courier fee.

New Sales Returns

RETURNS OTHER THAN TRIAL SADDLES

You can return any new product.


The return must be made within 32 days of delivery.

​All items must be returned clean and totally unused, immaculate with the original undamaged packing and labels attached.

​

All refunds will only be made to the original payee & payment method.

​

NOTE* If an order that was sent with free shipping is returned then the order total will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

 

If the order is returned 'in part' the remaining order total will be taken into account and the refund will reflect the qualifying amount for free shipping.

  1. All orders over the value of €99 and Trial saddles will be sent to you for FREE via AnPost.

  2. All orders under €99 (excluding saddles) will cost just €6.99 for delivery with AnPost.

TRIALS

  1. Anybody fitting a saddle should have a level of saddle fitting competence and we assume the same by way of your order. We in no way hold any responsibility for poorly fitted saddles and the symptoms potentially caused thereafter......

  2. We offer no definitive advice other than to get your saddle choice into the right ball park. Your choice of saddles thereafter is solely your responsibility. If in doubt we urge that you engage the help of a knowledgable person.

DELIVERY​

  1. Although we send your saddles via a reputable service, we do not guarantee delivery times.

TRIAL SADDLE RETURNS​

  1. Should the returned saddle/s be in any way damaged during the trial period, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit until suitable compensation has been agreed.

  2. Return courier times may vary greatly dependent on the weather and the courier company themselves, we can take no responsibility for delayed saddle return periods.

  3. Return trial saddles must be sent in the original packaging provided and contain any labels, documentation, tools etc.

TRIAL DEPOSIT REFUNDING/VOIDING​

  1. We will refund/void your deposit less €20 per box to help with the courier return fee as soon as possible after the saddle/s have been returned, usually within a couple of hours. However we hold no responsibility for the processing time, this is dependent on your bank, some banks are quicker than others. The process usually takes 1-3 working days.

  2. Return courier times may vary greatly dependent on the weather and the courier company themselves. We can take no responsibility for delayed saddle return periods. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after the return of the trialled saddle/s, usually within a couple of hours.
