Consider for example a rider based deep in the French Alps or remote parts of Finland, Spain or Portugal! In fact many riders in Europe find themselves seriously stuck for qualified help!

Our saddle trials are only for customers within the E.U. Europe, Ireland & Northern Ireland!
 

HOW OUR FULL 5 DAY SADDLE TRIALS WORK?

 
Our New and Used saddle trials are very simple and come with FREE delivery throughout Europe and Ireland N & S.

  • Choose your saddle/s with or without our help.

​​

  • Secure the saddle/s with a full value deposit.

​​

  • We send the saddle to you for FREE.

​​

  • Your trial starts the day after arrival for 5 'FULL' days...........thats 5 full 24 hr days or 6 days if you include the day of arrival.

 

  • TRIAL SUCCESS - Awesome! Do nothing or tell us how thrilled you are.

  • TRIAL FAIL -  NOTIFY US WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD! Let us know by email, phone or otherwise.

​

  • We will send you a Pre-Paid Label for the return of the saddle via AnPost (R.O.I) or with DPD (N.Ireland).​

​​

  • IMPORTANT - If you are trialling a saddle outside of Ireland in Europe you will be responsible for the return of the trial saddle.

​

  • Once the saddle/s are back we void the deposit less €30.00 to help towards the trial costs.

HOW TO SECURE A SADDLE FOR TRIAL?

 

Contact us directly and quote the saddles description and SKU code.

Secure the saddle online.

1. Choose your saddles and add them to the cart.

 

2. Go to the Checkout.

 

​3. Choose how you wish to pay your full value deposit -​

​

  • You can pay by card online.

  • You can pay by card offline.

  • You can use Apple Pay.

  • You can use Google Pay.

  • You can pay by Bank Transfer by arrangement.

  • If you want to reserve a saddle but not pay for it, choose 'PAY OFFLINE' during the checkout process and we will call you.

4. Enter your delivery/contact details.

​

5. You will receive an email confirmation.

Trial Returns

TRIAL RETURNS


Should your saddle choice not work out for you OR you wish to return subsequent saddles, you must notify us within the trial period!.....


'You don't have to return the saddle within the trial period, just simply notify us of your intentions within the trial period!'
 

We will then organise for the return of the saddle/s at your convenience if you are within Ireland N & S.

If you are in Europe you will need to organise and pay for the return of the saddle! We suggest you use your local postal service or DPD if possible!

  2. Via Chat message.

  3. Or by using the Contact Form found on the Returns page.

We will then send you a pre-paid label for drop off at any AnPost Post Office or DPD Drop Off Shop if you are in N. Ireland.
 

When returning your trialled saddles, please follow the return information contained within your trial pack or as provided by email.
 

Once we have received the saddle/s back we will refund your saddle deposit immediately less €30 to help towards the associated trial costs.

You can rest assured we are here for you! No matter how big or small your enquiry we will advise you the very best we can! This comes as standard with our service as a whole.

However some folk require specific saddle fitting advice with respect to saddle trials! That is not a problem!

SADDLE TRIAL CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

TRIALS

  1. Anybody fitting a saddle should have a level of saddle fitting competence and we assume the same by way of your order. We in no way hold any responsibility for poorly fitted saddles and the symptoms potentially caused thereafter!

  2. We offer no definitive advice other than to get your saddle choice into the right ball park. Your choice of saddles thereafter is solely your responsibility. If in doubt we urge that you engage the help of a knowledgable person.

DELIVERY​

  1. Although we send your saddles via a reputable service, we do not guarantee delivery times.

TRIAL SADDLE RETURNS​

  1. Should the returned saddle/s be in any way damaged during the trial period, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit until suitable compensation has been agreed.

  2. Return courier times may vary greatly dependent on the weather and the courier company themselves, we can take no responsibility for delayed saddle return periods.

  3. Return trial saddles must be sent in the original packaging provided and contain any labels, documentation, tools etc.

TRIAL DEPOSIT REFUNDING/VOIDING​

  1. We will refund/void your deposit less €30.00 per box to help with the trial costs as soon as possible after the saddle/s have been returned, usually within a couple of hours. However we hold no responsibility for the processing time, this is dependent on your bank, some banks are quicker than others. The process usually takes 1-3 working days.

  2. Return courier times may vary greatly dependent on the weather and the courier company themselves. We can take no responsibility for delayed saddle return periods. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after the return of the trialled saddle/s, usually within a couple of hours.
