Our saddle trials are available in Ireland North & South and all E.U. European states.

• Choose your new or used trial saddle/s.

• Secure the saddle/s with a full value deposit.

• We send the saddle/s to you for FREE.

• Your trial starts the day after arrival for 5 'FULL' days. 6 days if you include the day of arrival.

• TRIAL SUCCESS - Do nothing OR please tell us how thrilled you are.

• TRIAL FAIL - NOTIFY US WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD.

• We send a Pre-Paid Label for the return via AnPost or DPD drop off if you are in Ireland.

• If you are outside of Ireland, in mainland Europe you are responsible for the return of the trial saddle.

Once the saddle/s are back we void the deposit less €30 to help towards the return courier fee.

Should your saddle choice not work out for you OR you wish to return subsequent saddles, you must notify us within the trial period!.....

You don't have to return the saddle within the trial period, just simply notify us of your intentions within the trial period!

We will then organise for the return of the saddle/s at your convenience.

We will then send you a pre-paid label for drop off at any AnPost post office or DPD Drop Shop if you are in Ireland.

If you are outside of Ireland, in mainland Europe you are responsible for the return of the trial saddle.

When returning your trialed saddles, please follow the return information contained within your trial pack or as provided by email.

Once we have received the saddle/s back we will refund your saddle deposit immediately less €30 to help towards the return courier fees.

Unfortunately we can not offer saddle trials outside of Europe due to logistical & time scale issues!

All of our new saddles when sold to countries outside of Europe are tax free! Simply use the supplied 'Tax Free Code' during the checkout process to remove 23% from all new products!

This obviously presents the potential for massive savings!

We ship globally using the DDU system - You will be required to pay your countries duties just prior to delivery via an online transaction to the courier service - A very simple cost effective process that is used by millions of people every day.
